Rossi 92 rear sight replacement.

I've read that quite a few Rossi's come from the factory shooting high, but I seem to have the opposite problem. My Rossi M92 in 45 Colt (20" barrel) seems to be shooting low. It has a metric sized dovetail cut in the barrel which is too big to hold the standard 3/8" sights available. I have looked around on the web and I can't find any source for replacement parts. Any suggestions other than grafting another sight onto the original sight's dovetail?
