Aug 24, 2022 · The New York City Administration for Children’s Services’ (ACS) Foster Care Services Scorecard is an annual review of foster care program performance. Produced by ACS’s Office of Research and Analytics (ORA) in the Division of Policy, Planning and Measurement (DPPM), the Scorecard evaluates programs across an array of ACS protects and promotes safety and well-being of New York City’s children and families by providing child welfare, juvenile justice, and early care and education services.
